Geoffrey A. Goldwater


Geoff Goldwater is the youngest owner and founding member of Odell Studner. As President & Chief Strategy Officer, he provides leadership and strategic vision to Odell Studner’s practice groups—including staffing, real estate, construction, human services, life sciences, and food, manufacturing and distribution. He is charged with driving revenues as well as stakeholder value. 

 

Prior to his current position, Geoff led the Staffing Practice Group, where he oversaw $4 billion of payroll and over $80 million of premium for over 120 staffing companies in the U.S. and overseas. The team continues to focus exclusively on structuring complex insurance and risk management programs for industries in which there is a labor interchange. 

 

Geoff is passionate about driving Odell Studner’s strategic planning to include new technologies and innovations. He has built the company’s national Risk Management Division from the ground up. His unique methodology program offers a proven step-by-step process for industry best practices and systems of operation.

 

In 2014, Geoff was awarded Business Insurance magazine’s 40 Under 40 award, which recognizes 40 insurance executives under age 40 for leadership, professional achievement and market influence. His book of business was ranked in the top 1% of individuals in the field. Geoff continues to raise Odell Studner’s visibility nationally by serving as an industry leader at conferences, writing articles and granting interviews to staffing trade association periodicals. He serves as a Congressional Workforce Development Committee member and sits on the American Staffing Association’s (ASA) Workers’ Compensation Committee, the Mid-Atlantic Staffing Association Board of Directors (MASA) and Odell Studner Foundation Board of Directors. In the past, has served on the New Jersey Staffing Association (NJSA) Board. Prior to launching Odell Studner, Geoff was Vice President of LyonsOdell and held key management  positions with the Clair Odell Group, which was subsequently sold to Mellon Bank in 1998. 

 

Geoff graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He holds the Certified Workers’ Compensation Counselor (CWCC) designation.
