Cynthia Kelly Wolkiewicz

Cindy Wolkiewicz’s career with Odell Studner began in 2011, when she was hired as Director of Operations. A proven, dedicated leader with over 30 years of industry experience, Cindy has since been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In this pivotal role, she works with the executive team and team leaders to ensure the smooth execution of initiatives designed to heighten productivity, enhance service to clients and grow the company’s market share.

Throughout her career, Cindy has served in various board capacities for the Philadelphia Chapter of CPCU and National Association of Insurance Women – Eastern Montgomery County. In the past, she has also graded exams for The Institutes and served on the Advisory Council for CNA and AIG. She is currently on The Institutes’ Agent Broker Innovation Panel. 

Cindy began her insurance career on the insurance carrier side of the business with Wausau Insurance Company. Several years later, she moved to the agency side, spending 25 years at Cohen-Seltzer. She quickly rose through the ranks—from Customer Service Representative, to Account Executive, to Executive Vice President. Cindy served as an integral member of the executive committee and worked extensively with clients in real estate, manufacturing and other service-related businesses.

She has earned numerous professional designations, including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU), Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI), Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS).
